Return Guidelines

We are pleased to offer free returns for products returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Return instructions and a UPS return shipping label will be included in the package.

Products purchased in the USA from https://aurnora.com/ may be returned for a refund if the items are returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition within 7 days of the date the package was received, along with a copy of the sales receipt and a completed return form. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.

We have very strict return policies, and customers will be charged for the shipping cost of any returned items that are not in their original and resalable condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact customer service by email at tjeneste@aurnora.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included on the return form. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA number.

For further assistance, please contact customer service by email at tjeneste@aurnora.com. No returns will be accepted unless customer service has been contacted first to approve the return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 working days after we have received your item. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method you used for the original purchase on this website. We do not offer refunds for products specified as non-returnable on this website.

No cancellations or changes can be made.

If the return is due to the consumer’s choice, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier you select.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
