How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  • Finish by adding items to your shopping basket.

  • You can choose to pay via the checkout on our website or through PayPal.

  • If you wish to proceed via our website checkout, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • If you wish to continue via PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

  • You will then be directed to our customer information page, where you will be asked to provide:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Address

  • If you have a valid discount code, please enter it in the "Discount" field on the right-hand side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

  • Continue by clicking the "Continue to shipping method" button. Ensure that you have entered your delivery address correctly (if it is different from your billing address). Once completed, click "Continue to payment method".

  • You will then need to enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate if your shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

  • After completing the form, click the "Complete order" button. You will be taken to a screen summarising your order, receive an order confirmation on screen, and an email confirmation.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?

If items are missing or incorrect, please contact us at service@aurnora.com. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us a photo proof (file size should be under 1 MB). We will be happy to resend the correct item at no extra cost, and we will not ask you to return the incorrect item—you may keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and purchase details.

I want to change the items I ordered. What should I do?

You may amend your order on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at service@aurnora.com to request changes.

How do I add items to my shopping basket?

To add items to your basket:

  • Go to the page of the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for the item.

  • When you click the "Add to basket" button, you will be taken to the "Basket" page.

  • Enter the quantity you wish to order in the "Quantity:" field beside the item picture. After entering the quantity, you may continue shopping or choose to proceed to checkout.

How can I see what is in my shopping basket?

To view your basket contents, click the Basket icon at the top of the website. By clicking this icon, you can easily change the quantity of any item in the basket by updating the listed amount. You may also remove an item by clicking the "Remove" link below the quantity overview.

How do I remove items from my basket?

First, click the "Basket" icon at the top right of the screen. You will see all items currently in your basket. Find the item you wish to remove, then click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item, and the page will refresh to reflect the changes.

How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my basket?

First, click the "Basket" icon at the top right of the screen. You will see all the items you have in your basket and the quantity chosen for each. To change the quantity for an item, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired number. The quantity and the corresponding amount (if applicable) will update automatically, showing the correct total for both quantity and cost on the right-hand side of the screen.

Follow these steps to use a promotional code:

  • You will be taken to our customer information page on the next screen and fill in the required details.

  • You will see a "Discount" field at the top right of the page.

  • Enter your discount code and then click "Apply".

  • Confirm the discount has been applied and is valid by checking the breakdown displayed below.
